The Host's Checklist: One Week Before Your Event

Every successful private event is won or lost in the final week. Vendors drift, guests get cold feet, weather forecasts shift. A structured checklist is how you hold it all together without losing your mind.

Day 7 to Day 4

Confirm every vendor in writing. Reconfirm your guest list and flag anyone who has gone quiet. Send a reminder with the call time but keep the location sealed. Small actions now prevent big problems later.

Day 3 to Day 1
